River Oaks Villa Caitlyn Customer Service
We stayed in Myrtle Beach this year and had great trip and we were told Caitlyn was eliminated from River Oaks Villas and hopefully this is true. She is a nightmare. On our trip last year we dealt with Caitlyn at the front desk for river oaks and she was very difficult, unprofessional and unpleasant. Vacations should be a pleasant experience. A vacation with out dealing with Caitlyn is a good one.

River Oaks Villa Poor Customer Service
We had a nice trip and played impressive golf courses and Lisa who organized our trip was excellent but the customer service at River Oaks was disappointing. Caitlyn who says she is the acting manager for River Oaks Villas was certainly not acting like a manager and was very unprofessional and really didn’t care that we didn’t received what we were promised. I am told that river oaks has a high turnover for customer service and most of them are incapable of providing good service or really don’t care.
We were told this golf package was very economical which was what we ask for but next time we will probably pay a little more money for a better accommodation experience. We are on vacation so good service should be part of the package. Lisa who coordinated our package was excellent and requested many times our requirements for accommodations and River Oaks promised many times that it will be taken care but don’t believe them.
