Vacation Rentals are privately owned, decorated, and furnished to suit the owner’s taste and needs. Accommodations and amenities vary greatly but layout are the. same.
Appliances: All properties are equipped with A/C, washer/dryer in unit or on premises, cable TV, WIFI, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher, unless otherwise noted in property description.
Home Essentials: Vacation Rentals or property owners are NOT required to provide cleaning products, personal hygiene items, paper products, or any type of supplies at the home. Most of these items are based on personal preference therefore it is best for guests to provide their own. A starter set including a roll of tissue for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, and a trash bag in each can is provided for your arrival. Supplies from there out are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply hangers since most guests depart with them so, please bring hangers with you or wait and purchase them when you arrive if the property is lacking them. We also do not guarantee hair dryers or other personal use items.
Beach Gear: Kayaks, bikes, cribs, highchairs, strollers, and beach equipment may be rented – unless otherwise specified in property description. All properties feature fully stocked kitchens including flatware, dishes, cookware, utensils, and glasses.
Check Out: We are sorry you must leave at all; however, we must insist on a 10 AM check-out time. Prior to departure, please complete the following tasks:
Remove all personal belongings, place ALL trash in outside receptacles, clean out the refrigerator of any leftovers, load and turn on the dishwasher. Feel free to leave any food/drink items for the cleaners; it’s like a bonus for our hard-working staff. Secure and lock all windows and doors and have a safe trip home. Guests who do not leave properties in proper order will be charged an additional cleaning charge of no less than $200.00. Keys MUST be returned to the office, in the check-in envelope, during regular business hours or placed in the key drop box in our parking lot. Late departures will be charged a late check-out fee of $25.00 per hour unless other arrangements are made. Please leave the property neat and orderly. There are no refunds for early departures.
Pool Passes, Pool keys and State Park Passes: If your unit provides pool passes, pool keys or use of a State Park Pass – you will receive these items at check-in. State Park passes are provided for select units for easy beach access that has plenty of parking, showers, bathrooms and more. Failure to return the State Park pass, pool key or pool passes will result in a $250.00 CHARGE which covers the replacement costs of the items.
Cleaning & Linens
Our homes are cleaned before and after each guest. Please call our office immediately upon arrival if the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction. Please be courteous and report any issues and allow our staff to correct. We kindly ask that you do not wait until after your stay to report these things to us.
All beds and bathrooms are furnished with linens. Linen packages include sheets, pillowcases, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, washcloths, and bathmats. Beach towels are not provided. Please remember that these linens are rental linens and should not be used for anything other than bed/bath use. Unreasonable damage and/or loss to rental linens will result in additional fees to guest.
