What is the best time to book a legends golf package and save money?

Prime season is in the fall and spring - fall starting in mid September to mid November and Spring starts in late feb till mid May so other times are considered off season. But honestly feb and late November are good times to book too. Even though they are off season the weather is typically good and it is less crowed with less backups.
